Republic Title, a full-service title insurance company located in Texas and one of the top commercial escrow and title agencies in the nation, today announced that the company was named the #2 Best Midsize Company to work for, according to The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work program, which recognizes and celebrates businesses that are at the top of their game and making North Texas a better place to work. Republic Title has earned a spot on The Dallas Morning News’ Top Workplace list for nine consecutive years.
The ranking is based on confidential employee survey feedback on a variety of topics, including diversity, benefits, ethics, family friendliness, work-life balance, and fulfillment and meaningfulness. Employees from more 330 nominated companies were surveyed by The Dallas Morning News’ research partner, Energage LLC.
“This recognition is a result of the hard work of our employees and leadership to create a workplace culture that reflects our values,” said Bo Feagin, president of Republic Title. “Together, we’re fostering a culture that allows us to deliver the exceptional, responsive customer service we’re known for.”
The Dallas Morning News also recognized Republic Title with a special award for ranking higher than any other company on the statement: At this company, we do things efficiently and well.
To continually improve efficiency, Republic Title meets regularly with managers to review and enhance best practices, so that the company can continue to provide its employees with opportunities to do their best work.
