Republic Title, a full-service title insurance company located in Texas and one of the top commercial escrow and title agencies in the nation, today announced that the company was named the #2 Best Midsize Company to work for, according to The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work program, which recognizes and celebrates businesses that are at the top of their game and making North Texas a better place to work. Republic Title has earned a spot on The Dallas Morning News’ Top Workplace list for nine consecutive years.
The ranking is based on confidential employee survey feedback on a variety of topics, including diversity, benefits, ethics, family friendliness, work-life balance, and fulfillment and meaningfulness. Employees from more 330 nominated companies were surveyed by The Dallas Morning News’ research partner, Energage LLC.
